Get motivated sellers to sign up for a report called “How To Sell Your House Fast!”  This is a powerful marketing tool to get them to give you their contact information.

I’ll give you 3 different formats to choose from:  A PDF file that’s ready to go, a Microsoft Word document in case you want to make any changes to it, and best yet, a series of emails you can send out to motivated sellers that not only gives them the information, but follows up with them over a period of 30 weeks!  Just plug this into your email autoresponder system.

Initially, there are a handful of emails that go out pretty close together, for the first week or two.  But then they get spaced out more and more. The idea is, initially we want try to fan the flame to get them interested in working with you, but if that doesn’t happen, they’re probably not that motivated. But after time goes by, if the property doesn’t sell, they may become motivated. So it’s basically a matter of checking in once a month or so to see if there is any change. This way they don’t forget about you and the option is always there for them to get in touch when they’re ready.
