NameCheap Hosting
Namecheap hosting is one of the cheapest hosting services out there. And as a real estate investor, you should consider this when building your real estate investor websites.
If you’re setting up the free real estate investor website template we offer and you’d like to use NameCheap for your web hosting, this tutorial will guide you through the steps.
First, if you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to order hosting from NameCheap. It’s suggested that you buy their EasyWP hosting since it’s specifically designed for WordPress, which is what your site will use.
Once you have ordered your hosting, it’s time to start setting things up. Log in to your NameCheap account and click Domain List.
Find your domain name that you’re setting up, and there should be a Manage button near it. Click Manage.
Next, click Products. Find the row that shows your hosting. There should be a MANAGE button on that row. Click the MANAGE button.
In the example that follows, we’re using NameCheap’s standard shared hosting rather than the WordPress Hosting. It will be easier if you use the WordPress Hosting as you won’t have to follow the steps below for installing WordPress.
Scroll down and click the button that says “Log in to cPanel“.
From here, you can follow the tutorial for installing WordPress through cPanel since that’s the same for any hosting service that uses cPanel.
