As the founder and CEO of HouseBuyers Realty, Jonathan Golden has been called a productivity magnet with a vast network of vendors, contractors, partners, and architects.
Jonathan’s suite of real estate solutions includes the collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, insurance premiums, mortgages, taxes, and any operating expenses incurred. He also works on the acquisition side, including residential real estate for rehabilitation and resale or to hold and rent for investors, including FSBO, REO, foreclosures, and distressed properties, with sale prices ranging from $100,000 to packaging deals over a million dollars. He has outperformed previously negotiated contracts by 2% - 3% when working with other investors.
Jonathan started his real estate career as a loan officer in New England. Within a year, he became a licensed mortgage banker/broker and opened his own brokerage company, and that was over twenty years ago. Whether collaborating with internal business partners on a project or negotiating with vendors and contractors for the best possible outcome, Jonathan puts all at ease with his knowledge and engaging demeanor.
When Jonathan is not busy working, he enjoys bike riding, sailing, and reading. He also has a passion for traveling to Europe and enjoying exciting new cuisines.
